3. High Secondary School Certificate with marksheet (in English or translated into English by a sworn translator)
4. Apostile or legalisation of High Secondary School Certificate and marksheet to HSS certificate
5. Passport size photo
6. Health insurance policy – valid for one year; 30 000 euro cover
7. Eligibility statement - a document with confirmation that the student is officially entitled to enter university education in the country under which educational system it was issued. The documents is usually issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or candidate’s higher secondary school.

Note: the candidate is required to take online interview with a representative of the University before receiving the letter of acceptance. The interview will be scheduled by the University and the candidate will be informed about it via email.
After arriving in Poland: During the first semester of study: Sworn translation of High Secondary School Certificate into Polish (made in Poland).
